EMISSION ONLINE DISSENT CLEARING

die EMISSION ONLINE DISSENT CLEARING kuemmert sich um eine internationale
bestandsaufnahme [attackphase 1: deutschsprachige laender] von vertretbaren und
verantwortbaren schlichtungsstellen und vergibt an ausgewiesene personen,
institute und/oder instanzen EODC-certificates, sofern sie
1. einem online-relevanten, konsequenten regularium entsprechen,
2. bereit sind, dies regelmaessig ueberpruefen zu lassen,
3. ihre entscheidungen online abbilden,
4. vertretbare bearbeitungszeiten gewaehrleisten koennen.
EODC ist ein 'upgrade' von offline-strukturen unter online-bedingungen im
segment schlichtungsstelle und agiert somit parallel auf thematischer wie auf
struktureller ebene.
Dabei ist das lernen von/mit/in medienkulturen stark an die ueberlegung der
konstituierung von notwendigen systemstellen,
an das konstituieren einer netz-konformen und seine bedingungen
beruecksichtigende medienkultur.
