_ _ _Mindaugas Gapsevicius _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Mindaugas Gapsevicius was born in 1974 in Lithuania, lives and works in Kiel, Germany and Vilnius, Lithuania. One of the initiators of o-o institutio media which was established in 1998. In 1999 was awarded MA Degree in Vilnius Academy of Arts, Lithuania.
Since
2000 works in Muthesius-Hochschule as a new media teacher, from 2001 also as a
back-end programmer and server administrator for artknowledge.net project.
Mindaugas Gapsevicius took part in a number of personal and
collective exhibitions in different European cities, actively participated in
conferences, workshops and projects related to net culture. Some net.art
